Personal data processed
Contact data (phone number, email address), transaction security data (IP address, request timestamps, device fingerprint), customer transaction data (delivery and verification records).
Legal basis
Performance of a contract under art. 5/2-c and legitimate interest in preventing abuse under art. 5/2-f. Verification codes are processed only in digest form.
International transfer
Data is held in Basefyio Postgres instances in the European Union. Transfers to channel providers are limited to the minimum data needed to deliver the message.
Data subject rights
Exercise your rights under art. 11 by written application to kvkk@kolayotp.com. Applications are resolved within 30 days at the latest.
