By using KolayOTP you agree to the terms below.
Scope of service
KolayOTP is an API service for sending and verifying one-time codes. The service is provided as-is; the availability target is 99.9% and is committed under SLA on enterprise plans.
Acceptable use
Not for marketing messages, bulk notifications or unsolicited contact. Use is limited to verification flows the end user initiated. Accounts in violation are suspended.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping API keys secret. Revoke a key in the panel immediately on suspected leakage; usage before revocation is billable.
Billing
Prepaid balance model. Undelivered messages are not billed. Refunds of unused balance can be requested within 12 months.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the incident. We are not liable for delays originating from carriers or channel providers.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Service data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
